All returns and/or defective items must have a correct invoice number. Each part must be tagged giving reason for return or defect along with a Return Authorization Number issued by our return representatives, or will not be accepted. Returned for stock parts must be new, in original package, unused, and complete. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All credits will be issued after receipt of returned parts. There will be a calculated restocking fee for all special order items. No refunds. Store credit or exchange only.
All parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12000 miles which ever comes first, from date of purchase. Any item will be replaced without charge which defective material or workmanship is found. Miles and date of purchase must be accompanied with return authorization number. Rebuilt and Aftermarket parts are guaranteed for 6 month or 6000 miles. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item only and does not recognize claim for labor or consequential damage.
The best available materials, methods and procedures are being used to insure package safety. All visible damage should be claimed with the shipping company immediately upon arrival. Hidden damage should be claimed with the carrier as soon as it is discovered. Claims of incomplete items must be made within 10 days of arrival.
